More than business

WE ARE ESL GAMING

Our People

The ESL Gaming family can be found all over the world and consists of people from all walks of life. We have some of the most experienced, knowledgable, and most professional people helping us realizing our goals, bringing the best products to life for our fans, our community, and our partners.

Our Leadership

Our Corporate Responsibility Program

We are recognised as a guardian of the sporting integrity of esports and we take responsibility for disruption, prevention, investigation and prosecution for all forms of cheating, including, but not limited to, match manipulation and doping.

Our Values

For gamers by gamers

ESL Gaming was made for gamers by gamers. The same kind of creativity that goes into figuring out how to compete through levels and make game-changing plays online affects everything we do.

More than business

No matter if we build the biggest stages, create local tournaments or stream from all over the world. It takes the combined skill, stamina and passion for esports and games to create all of this.

20+

Years of esports and counting

Back in 2000, on Tuesday, November 21, a few kids were told to stop playing and to grow up.

But they had a vision and believed that their hobby would one day change their world. They kept on going, kept on believing, and most importantly, kept on playing.

More came to join them and now, over 20 years later, we have traded our dusty basements for sold-out stadiums and venues.
